I’ve been a fan for 43 years (my entire life) and Im begging you to change the dynamic of this team dramatically at this trade deadline.

I’m honestly losing interest in investing my time and passion into this club. My top 10 painful things about this team:

1. Marcus Smart: stupid shots, blame game on his idiotic moves
2. Jaylen Brown: too slow and mechanical, terrible dribbling still, more invested in his personal development than the team.
3. Jayson Tatum: hero ball, iso, little to no passion (if I listen to him in a post game press conference again I’m gonna jump off my balcony)
4. Grant Williams: you shouldn’t even be in the NBA. I don’t know where you got your confidence to talk trash to refs and other players. Know your role (bench/cheerleader)
5. Robert Williams III: can you play consistent minutes without getting injured?
6. Aaron Nesmith: can Coach Udoka give you consistent minutes? You were drafted to be a long distance shooter and haven’t been given the chance. (G. Williams has been an aberration this year and this will come down)
7. Dennis Schroder: can you stop turning over the ball?
8. CIU: can you please learn the art of play design and when to call a timeout and extending our rotations beyond 7 players (and don’t give me he has lately because that is only out of necessity with Covid and injuries)?
9. PBS: can you make a move rather than preaching patience like the DA years with minimal in-season player movement?
10. Wyc: can you please please please dictate the fireworks actually happening?

I’m teetering on tuning out for an indefinite period of time…

Hey CBS, there are players you are not complaining about. Why?:

Al Horford - Too old
Payton Pritchard - Too small, can't defend
Romeo Lanford - Injury-prone
Josh Richardson - Looks good lately but inconsistent
Enes Freedom - Too political
Jabari Parker - Washed up
Juan Hernangomez - Mediocre journeyman

Don't forget our two-ways:

Sam Hauser - Too old to be a prospect.
Brodric Thomas -- His first name is Brodric.

EDIT:  Also Bruno Fernando, whom we both forgot.

Bruno Fernando -- Too forgotten.

Yam Madar -- not even his teams second scorer
Juhann Begarin -- Doesn't create for others

And the temporary players:

Joe Johnson: If Al Horford is too old, I don't know what Iso Joe is
CJ Miles: He couldn't even get minutes on last year's 25 win Wizards
I'm bitter.

Brett was undrafted, so not much was expected, but you must have also lived through the Michael Smith era too, and survived!

I think of Szabo more as representative of an era when they were flat out awful and hopeless by design.

I'm old, but does anyone remember the big two of Curtis Rowe and Sidney Wicks?

Yeh.  That was a pretty bleak little era between Hondo and Bird.

Grant is actually one of our only bright spots this season. He’s a keeper and potential future starter (he’s only 23), which would be nice for Jayson so we could slot him back at the 3, but definitely a role player at the very least. Otherwise, kinda feel the same as the OP. Hoping for a huge shakeup in 2022. Frankly, if possible, would be fine with moving everyone other than Jayson and Grant. That down on us these days…
