Brown for Zion, J.V. Alexander Walker

Just Hypothetical here. Was looking for a Brown trade that would be hard to turn down. Huge Risk here with Zions health, but it's also the reason they might deal him.

Assuming Zion does come back healthy.  How would you like the fit of Zion and Tatum moving forward.  And if Zion is indeed healthy with J.V. and Alexander walker how much better would the celtics be.

We’d be lucky to get Zion and filler (Satoransky) for JB, so we need to stop dreaming of JV.

JB is a nice piece, but Zion is a potential HOFer. Would be a nice contrast to LeBron being a Laker, too. No-brainer to deal JB for Zion. Doubt we’d ever get that opportunity, though. If we did, the obvious next move is move pieces so we have cap room for a max free agent before Zion’s rookie contract ends (e.g., Beal). A Big 3 of Tatum, Zion and Beal would be a force, particularly if we can retain Smart, Timelord, G. Williams, Nesmith and add some ring-chasing vets.

Roster would be deep if healthy

 Jonas Valanciunas ,Timelord

Zion , Horford,  Tatum

Tatum  G Will,

Richardson,  Smart, A.W.

Schroder Smart

That would be the 10 man rotation which is rock solid.

You really can't sleep on the fact that Zions body could absolutely crumble and quickly.  Huge risk for the celtics unless Zion can grow up fast and manage his weight better.

The kid is a tripple bacon cheeseburger away from being 330 pounds.  He's WAY to big.

Tp GreenlyGreeny. People get on you here. Your a good poster.

To get this conversation going you 100% agree that if the Pelicans ever were crazy enough to offer that,  Brad should pull the trigger without hesitation,  correct

HP. In all seriousness.  Let's just have fun and play hypothetical here.  Assuming Zion gets back to his form last year.

How would Zion and Tatum play together? Do you see problems,  upside,  any analysis?

And tps fit any good analysis from anyone on if Tatum Zion is a good fit or not

Did you see the latest reports on Zion?

Apparently he's skipping workouts, falling asleep in team video sessions, etc.

I love the heck out of JB. I wouldn't do the Fox swap.

But Zion...gotta think about it.

Scary thing is though, Zion could end up being an Anthony Bennett.

Might as well go with the cheap route with Ben Simmons, no?

That would be ideal. Him next to both Jaylen and Jayson.

I have a better idea.  since there's a Greenly trade thread there should also be a KGLL trade thread.  you can each pile on your endless barrage of bad trade ideas.

There is a 0% chance that New Orleans does that.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I mean, at least TRY to make the trade idea realistic... for either or both sides.

Regardless, Valanciunas can't be traded until summer. End of thread.

Yes, C’s should trade away their second best player for a guy that has weight issues and misses significant time every season with injury.  ::)
