Any thoughts on Celts acquiring M Bamba. He has an expiring contract, fits team time line and can spread the floor. A true seven footer.

I'm still intrigued by his potential although it seems all the more likely he'll end up being a bust. Thing is, we are super deep at the Center position. We already got Horford, Timelord, Kanter and Bruno. Don't think we could help Bamba realize his potential (not this season anyway).

Thus far, he looks improved this year. Let's see if translates to the regular season.

If he played consistently the  way he played vs us the other night, he'd be awesome. But am skeptical that he is capable of that.

In their next game he fouled out in 12 minutes vs Pelicans.  Weird.  He had already scored 7 points.

For who? C’s have a lot of centers. I’d personally rather have Horford and Timelord.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

And Kanter too. Kanter is a good locker room presence which we need, and a pro who you know can get you rebounds and score inside when needed.

He seems to have added weight. Looks like he will be a solid back up center. Not sure his switch defense will hold up but I could be wrong. Poor man's Porzingis maybe.

we do have a plethora of ce
nters. All are power forwards size wise.we need someone to get tips ,rebounds and blocks when playing bigger centers. I do like the expiring contract also.He does get hurt a lot but other than that he is also quick enough to defend the pick and roll in some cases and spread the floor on occasion. would be an excellent addition
