It's actually kind of cute watching Siakam try to create a shot against Embiid.  He has no offense against anybody who can handle his physicality.

He has one, maybe two moves. Hesitation and drive right, or drive right and spin back the other way

Toronto making a little push. Cool if they can make it interesting. Also while he has 10 assists, hardens shot continues to fall off a cliff. 3-12 today after shooting 30% the last 6 weeks.

Letting Maxey look like the best player in the league is an interesting strategy by the Raptors.

We know how good Embiid, Harden and Maxey are, but if Tobias Harris contributes like this then boy they'll be super tough for anyone to beat.

The Sixers at their best are very good.  They’ve rarely been that for multiple games in a row, however, and playoff series obviously require that to advance.
They also have the hindrance of being coached by Doc

I can’t believe doc benched deandre. One of his rare smart moves.
Surprises me too but Reed played well the last few games.  Also Toronto isn't playing a real center.

He also really bristled at a reporter who asked about it a few days ago.

I’m not gonna pretend I’m smarter than nurse, but I’m a little surprised they haven’t tried more single coverage on Embid. Making him work in the post tires him out and it is a less efficient possession than open 3’s. 76ers shooting 52% from 3 which is wild.

Ugh, that looks bad for Barnes. High ankle sprain at least with the full weight of Embiid on it. I doubt we see him again this series unless they find a way to extend it.

Barnes may have just gone out for the series. Raptors can’t afford to lose him. That would change my projection from 6 or 7 games to a gentlemens sweep.

This game couldn’t have gone much worse for Toronto. Young and Barnes injured, van fleet fouled out.

If philly is gonna shoot 55 % from 3 make 17 of them a game and get close to 40 free throws a game this is a 4-0 sweep

I wouldn't be shocked to see somebody take a shot at Embiid before this series is over.  Dude hit two guys in the face and probably ended Barnes' series early, and this is just the first game.  While I don't think any of those plays were intentional, I do think he's reckless and dudes aren't going to let him endanger everybody else on the court.

I agree, and it looks a lot easier after Barnes was injured. Barnes had almost a triple double before getting hurt. Without him they are toast
