Agreed

Our top 8 is Schroder-Smart-Brown-Tatum-Horford + Pritchard-Richardson-Timelord

I do think in the regular season, you wanna go about 9-10 players deep and so I think it’s reasonable for Nesmith to get regular minutes. And occasionally, Kanter or Grant, based on matchups.

It would be interesting tho if Bruno could unseat Grant but that remains to be seen.

If you say so. I don’t know Richardson.

I agree with this top 7 I think the 8th spot becomes matchup dependent between Pritchard, Nesmith and Grant. Ultimately we see 9-10 guys per night in the reg season rotation.

Talent wise Grant should be 13th to 15th, not 12th.  Langford and Dunn are probably equal or better.  Bruno is less versatile but way more athletic and a better small ball five.

I agree talent wise GW is equal to those Dunn and Langford but I have GW higher because there would be less need to use Langford, and Dunn depth wise. I see GW being a more used player given history of TL, Horford, Parker and Kanter. So even with talent equal, expected use is the tie breaker. Same goes for Dunn over Langford. See Dunn more needed than Langford. PP and Schro can get into foul trouble so the third PG should get PT.

I sincerely hope there is one or more trades before the start of the season to balance the roster a bit.

I also hope we don't make the mistake of playing Richardson at the expense of Pritchard and Nesmith. I have also hoped the team would give Langford a look early, but summer league hasn't shown he's willing to fight for a spot, so that is looking less likely.

I'd like Dunn and GW moved for a expiring vet that can crack the top ten rotation. Maybe add Bruno or Parker to make it happen.
