Are they trying to keep Yam's contract down?

Not able to watch, but sounds like Yam could be the real deal.

But they could also not want a team like, lets say WASH to want him in a Beal trade. It's why they might be pushing Romeo a lot in SL.

I know some are loving Yam, but what I see is a PG with a high and loose handle making a lot of bad passing decisions and who is lost on defense. His drives and fadeaway look good here but I don't see him being nearly effective against NBA defenders. Maybe I am being too critical, but to me, it looks like he needs another year out of the NBA to develop.

Too critical.

Don't rain on my Yam Parade.  :(
Sorry but that's what I see.

I like how Edwards is pushing the pace in transition. That's the way Edwards had some decent games at the end of the season as well.

Quite to the contrary….I think the SL is full of desperate players playing at a frantic pace that makes it very difficult to shine. He will thrive more in the lazy regular NBA where players only play about 15 minutes out of a full game except for national broadcasted games.

I think that frantic energy off the bench will bring energy just like he did in his short minutes in this game.

Actually liked what I saw out of Begarrin than Mader.Don't get me wrong, at this point I don't think either are good enough for anything more than a two way contract, but I liked what Begarrin brought more.

Smith's shooting stroke is so smooth. He is going to be a +42% three point shooter for most of his career.

I thought Yam totally changed the game when he came in.
