I went Warriors.
Steph is 33, Klay is 31, Green is 31, bench is meh. They're an aging team and will they have the ability to sign free agents or make that trade to keep them relevant. They got lucky with Wiseman, like the Spurs did with Duncan, but what happens Stpeh wants his next contract? Klay, Wiggins, and Green are 98M against the cap in 22-23.
The Warriors?

If everything falls into place for them, I won't be surprised if they win it all next season. Steph was possibly the 2nd best player in the NBA during the regular season, behind only Jokic. They also got plenty of trade assets to make a win-now trade: Wiseman, #7, #14 and Wiggins as salary filler.
Definitely not the Pistons. Imo, they are about to draft a generational talent. I would argue that Cade is the most talented prospect to enter the draft since Luka. If we go even further back in time (excluding Luka), I'd go as far as to say he might be the most talented prospect since Durant. This is how high I'm on this kid! Not to mention, the Pistons also got Jerami Grant and Saddiq Bey. Even Isaiah Stewart is a decent big man prospect. Nothing special, but decent.
Basketball-wise, you guys have already mentioned all the obvious answers. Financially-wise, the team in the worst situation might be the Pels.
If there's a team in danger of relocation, it's probably the Pels. At least they got lucky(?) in the Zion lottery.
