This is a dead serious post. I needed change I could believe In. We got that.  I'm so happy to be positive about this teams future.  Feels great.

I agree. That was a refreshing trade that was totally unexpected with the season not yet over. I love the idea of Big Al coming back to mentor the Js. Excited to see what other moves Brad has up his sleeve.

Completely agree. The Kemba experiment was clearly a failure and I’m so glad Brad pulled the trigger as quickly as he did. It was a fair deal and he got a player that he knows will fit in. This was probably best case scenario considering Kemba’s value around the league.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Agreed. I’ve been advocating all year that it seemed like the team needed a shake up in some form, either through coaching or player personnel.

Turns out, EVERYTHING shook up! Huge change in the front office, huge change coming in the coaching staff, and a huge change already happened in the line up.

Feels refreshing. Feels like a new start! Im legit excited for the team

Now for the coach appointment.  Real shame we have months until we see the team take to the court.

I'm not 100% certain the J's even want mentoring.
