Mobley is a couple years away from being a consistent NBA player at best. Hes also 20 to 30lbs shy of being able to bang with some one like Embidd. Thats leaving Tatum as of now by himself carrying the team like in the playoffs, and that did no go well. I think the plan is, clean house this year, but be competitive and see what drops in their laps, next year be very aggressive with cap space and sign a FA.
Now for fun I did a three way trade with GSW and WASH. Lets say Tatum and Beal during the Olympics talk, Beal tells WASH he want to go to Boston and he's not resigning with them, so lets see if they can get something for him now. GSW magically get the second pick, well they don't need an other young center and would like to upgrade at the SF spot.
Brown/TT to GSW- Upgrade over Wiggins, younger and a good back up vet center.
Breal/Mobley to Boston-cause Im bias and it's my dream. lol Also Mobley could learn under Horford, which would be amazing.
Wiggins/Langford to Wash and a couple first round picks. With Beal wanting out they wont do better than Wiggins, he wont move the needle much and if they can move Russel this summer too, they'll be a loter team, and maybe can move Wiggins a year later for picks like OKC did. They're also possible dumb enough to do it since they traded Wall for Russel and now stuck between a rock and a hardcap space.
This would be the only way Brown for Mobely, and since no way this is happening, I'll say no.
