Celtics are picking #16 so it's almost guaranteed they are not getting a top guy even if he's from Europe.

Most #16 picks aren't great and that's where we have to pick.

Best #16 pick of all time - John Stockton.

Not likely although Stockton is a high ceiling he wouldve been worth a #1
