Nets have two MVPs and another All-NBAer.

We’re missing three starters.

And yet people fault coaching?

Personally I've been willing to give Brad some benefit of the doubt - we're clearly outmatched this entire series.  But the lineup he rolled out to start the 2nd was beyond braindead.  Just terrible decision making.

Yes.

The fact that we're not expected to win doesn't mean he can't still perform awfully. He put a G-League level lineup out there that allowed them to go on their run that has been the difference-maker in the game, and he's been downright awful in his defensive approach to the switches. When the first year coach in Nash surpasses your ability to deal with the switches by getting his team to not allow the switches on the mismatches - something that we're apparently incapable of doing - that's a pretty clear indication that Brad is failing in that regard.

The game was lost with that lineup. Grant, Semi, Fournier, Pritchard and I think Nesmith or Lanford (can't remember). Inexcusable

Ah, I see the Magic 8 Ball has decided that Nesmith can actually play some in the second half.

Small ball=no rim protection
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

  • GOT IT!!!
If you have to blame one person for this season it starts with Ainge. His lack of foresight put this roster together. Roster needs to be shaken up, trying to rely on your drafting department doesn’t cut it. Need guys that have been there done that in the playoffs.

This......and stop drafting injury prone players.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
