Well, this was a fun game until we decided to go funhouse mirror on our rotation. We were unlikely to win regardless, but ever since Brad's G-League lineup decision they've clearly controlled the tempo and game.
These are the mind-numbing decisions from him - in a playoff game no less - that makes me think he just can't take us to the promised land. Even in a low stakes game with plenty of excuses to lose, he continues to find ways to mess up.
It'd be great to be destroying the Nets right now, but we are pretty depleted. They have all of their best players and we are missing 60% of our starting line-up. It'd be like if they were missing Kyrie, Harden, and Harris, while we were completely healthy.
I am certainly hoping for the best in the 2nd half and will cheer the team on until the end, but I absolutely understand why Brad is trying the combinations he is - he really doesn't have much of a choice.
