It’s a random thought but I don’t think I can recall a game where we won and Tony Brothers was officiating. I don’t know how to get the W-L record on refs but... idk. I hope we don’t see him in the BKN series!

I don't fear any ref, although I despise some.

Here are the names I despise:

- Marc Davis
- Tony Brothers

You mean all of them?

For current refs, I'd have to go with Tony Brothers or Scott Foster, but I am always ready to yell at/boo all of them.
I'm bitter.

Any of them where there is an NBA darling on the other team.  Playing against Kobe was probably the worst; he got so many calls, regardless of the officials.

pretty much this.  an opposing superstar is almost guaranteed to live at the FT line against us, and that's without the refs' favorite foul recipient Theis on our roster.

Davis is the worst. There's a couple of new refs that are pretty bad. Those refs that The Lakers had really worked for them. Foster is either good or bad. He can call it either way. Brothers is also a company man and it can go either way. Ed Malloy is awful.

The crew in these games will mean a chance to win against no chance.

If Tatum goes to the line 17 times I like our chances.

Can you narrow it down?

Whoever is refereeing a game involving LeBron's team.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

According to the FBI Tim Donaghy called Foster before almost every game he bet.

NBA's reaction is of course to make him their top playoff official.

Fun officiating fact: Ed Malloy went to the same high school as Donaghy. So did Joe Crawford and Duke Callahan (Donaghy's bookie was from there too)

That school sure churns out a lot of "talent"!!!

Marc Davis and Brothers, like others have said.

The other ones that I feared are gone for the most part.  Dick Bavetta, Bennet Salvatore, Kenny Mauer
