At this point, think you could make Brad coach/GM and get better results. Nobody would tune out the coach who can execute a trade overnight. Give Brad a shot at coach/GM and I bet we’re champions in 2-3 years.

I’ll support another year of Danny, but I hope Wyc forces him into retirement and hands the keys to Stevens. If Brad is shown the door this off-season, Danny better be shown the door too.

There is a chance the C's would stay in-house with Zarren for GM if Danny retired.

My take is we just need the old Danny and the old Brad. Some sort of spell was cast over both of them when IT was traded. Ever since, they've both lost their aggressiveness.

That's the problem with wanting to get rid of the people you already have ... who you getting to replace them?  Are you going to get the best person available?  Is the best person available better than what you have?

I think DA has done a really good job.  Like in the past, kind of screwed that Sacramento and Memphis had good years when their picks conveyed to us, but have to play the hand you're dealt.

I just assume at some point Danny will retire and take on an advisory role and Zarren will take over the day to day GM job.

I think Ainge is more replaceable at this point than Brad.

If Danny goes in this hypothetical, do we keep Zarren or is he considered part of the Ainge team? If we keep Zarren I definitely think you part with Ainge before Stevens.

But I'd prefer to keep the front office and head coach in place for now.

Oof, a lot of party poopers in this one. It’s a poll meant to make you choose between 2 imperfect options. Therefore, it purposefully doesn’t provide you with a “both” or “neither”.

I’ll play the game. I’ll keep CBS. As critical as I’ve been of him, this is the first year he’s underperformed. Meanwhile, I think DA has let slip some opportunities to shore up the bench or get some value from players he has signed. He’s had an unbelievable streak of getting top flight players here (Horford, Kyrie, Hayward) but they all pretty much left for nothing (except for the Hayward TPE).
