Booker is an absolute assassin. Love his game...
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Soon we will start hearing the stories about how LeBron was playing on one leg etc. Some of them from the man himself. Bank on it.

When did nba crap the dress code for players?

1982

nope..there was a time they had their players wearing suits..now they don’t.

Pretty much when Stern stepped down.

Yeah that is what I thought ...Silver is so weak.

Errrrr... to be honest, I'm all for it being way more lenient.

Who cares man.

.edit: point being - I don't think that's a sign of weakness.

Not conclusive sign, but a sign nevertheless

No I'm arguing that it's possibly the opposite. Sign of strength in that he doesn't need people to wear company outfit for the product to be good.

No you.

I'm liking this Lakers game. 33-12.

At this point in the season with the C's out, this feels as good as anything really.

If the Lakers lose, then the remaining 9 playoff teams will have six NBA championships among them, half of those belonging to the Sixers. if the Mave blow their 3-2 lead to the Clippers, then not a single remaining WC team will have a championship to their name.

Sixers - 3
Bucks - 1
Nets - 0
Hawks - 1

Jazz - 0
Suns - 0
Nuggets - 0
Mavericks - 1
Clippers - 0

Maybe there's something to the idea that the lack of rest in the off-season really hurt last year's conference finalists.  The Celts, Lakers and Heat struggled for most of the year, and it looks like all three could be out after round 1.  Only the Nuggets played to expectations.

Yes you.

And the Lakers are done....what most suspected about the fragility of Anthony Davis is showing this season.

They changed it during the bubble to make it more lenient and decided to just keep it casual after that.

The Lakers roster outside of LeBroid and AD is pretty wretched. That game we played in LA was an abomination. I have no idea how their defense is ranked so highly. they are slow AF.

And it's amazing how terrible LeBron's GM skills are considering all the advantages he gets. This really cannot be understated.
