"PHOENIX — Los Angeles Lakers coach Frank Vogel accused Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul of a “dirty play” on LeBron James during Game 1 of the first-round playoff series."

A coach lobbying for foul calls. I wish Brad had said something like this about Durant.

lol Nah, Brad has the perfect approach to coaching. Just take everything in stride.

Bane is so solid defensively.
Cue the but he has a short wingspan crowd.    ::)

I'm watching him defend Mike Conley and Clackson and staying in front of them. Quick feet and he knows the defense. He's going to be a ten year pro.

Who?

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I love the Knicks no nonsense style.  Very team oriented...nothing fancy, no one out there trying to win dribbling awards...just create basic simple shots.

Very refreshing to see the game played that way.

That's my only beef with our young stars.  First it was just Tatum...but this year Brown got into the fancy dribble competition much more than I'd want (close to zero my preference)...

Watch, or re-watch the Knicks Hawks game...Very clean form of basketball that utilizes the whole team...

It's nice to be wowed by talent...but it has to be controlled imo to play truly winning basketball...Jimmy Butler another example.

Not worried, but I did notice the Knicks bare bones style on offense..

When’s the last time an 8 upset a 1...Warriors back in the day against the Mavs? If Mitchell doesn’t come back close to 100% I can see Memphis taking out Utah.

Think you’re going a bit early there. Mitchell at 90-95% is so much better than Oni or Niang, and Utah are only down 10 despite foul trouble for Gobert and Conley

Look at how effective it is having a point guard who can run pick and roll over and over with the objective of getting into the paint and finishing.

Saw it with Trae earlier. Seeing it now with Morant.

Celts haven't had a guard with that focus on driving and finishing since Isaiah.

Watching the Grizz have success this way makes me wish the Celts could have more of a pick and roll based offense. But you need big men to set picks and roll, and you need a lead guard with good size that the opponent has a difficult time keeping out of the paint.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I think Brad sees Tatum as being capable of playing that role as a point forward

Nobody really see Jazz as a legit championship contenders.

A lot of people are foolish then.  They need Mitchell back, but assuming he makes it back with little limitation, I’m picking them out of the West.

Same. It's ridiculous to not rate the Jazz. Amazingly good shooting team, balanced offensive output from an All-Star back-court, the best defensive player in the NBA, two 6MOY candidates. They're so balanced.

It's happened a few times.
Golden State vs Dallas in 2007
Memphis vs San Antonio in 2011
Philadelphia vs Chicago in 2012
