2021 second round draft pick

According to the latest NBAdraft.net mock the C's have the third pick in the draft.....how did that happen?...did one of the two picks in the Bane trade with Memphis belong to another team?

I don't think that's right.  Its from OKC but is top 55 protected so it shouldn't be conveyed.

This draft is going to have useful players that completely fall out of the draft. It's very deep with talent.
