Why it Thomson starting over Rob Williams again? Our best group is with Rob at the 5. Thompson's hook shot is such an automatic line drive brick.

My guess; minutes restriction because he gets injured too easily.

Looks like we got the Marcus Smart PG tonight. More please!

6 assists in the half are excellent!

Yeah he needs to stick to defense , rebounding , play maker for the other four and layups.

JB and Smart didn't get the memo about hitting shots

Smart got the memo but crumpled it up and shot it at the wastebasket and missed....
Hahaha, TP

Was watching the 4K live feed on directv pre-game. No commercials, they just leave the camera on behind one of the baskets. No joke, Pritchard just sat there and cashed in every three taken, as did Nesmith. Did not see either one miss, once. During about a 5 minute span. Impressive.

This draft could really be talked about for years to come. Sky’s the limit.

Just joined the game.  Payton and Aaron looking good.

Yeah I love watching this stuff - also seeing players interact with each-other, and other teams :)

Even Jaylen’s defense has been bad tonight. Covington was wide open there.
He hasn't been consistently good on defence for a while

He hasn't been consistently solid on defense for a while.

He has flashes, but they've been few and far between this season. It's one of the reasons our defense has taken a step back, IMO.

He’s got a gimpy ankle. I give him credit deciding to play. You tell he’s favoring it.

You can say that again!

10/17 and 12/20!

Our bench is nuts tho. 23 points vs 8 from the Blazers!

Okay, can Brad yank on Brown's chain and stop his dumb, forced shots??
You never tell your superstar to reign in their shot taking. That's just terrible coaching.

Well per your perspective Brad's job isn't to be doing much at all besides collecting a paycheck out there  ;) ;D

But I disagree. Even for a *star* - which I think there is a difference there between a *star* in Brown and our undeniable Alpha *superstar* in Tatum - it's perfectly acceptable to tell him to settle down, get others involved, and take better shots than what he's taking. He's absolutely forcing things out there and taking dumb shots.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

They’re using him more as an impact player, probably with one eye to his health.

Wouldn't mind seeing Kornet get some run to stretch the Portland defence
