Man, just reading up on him ... I remembered his name from back in the day, remembering him being a top draft prospect.

Turns out he was picked 2nd by the Bucks, but just has an injury-riddled career. He's only played over 40 games in 2 seasons...

Not all injury related.

Also turns out, according to his wikipedia, that he was once compared to Derrick Rose :')

Well then.

Am actually keen to see him out there. I like it when we hire old rental cars that used to have top performance aspirations. They're good gambles for cheap.

Love it.. got to shake up this bench.. get rid of Carson, Waters and Grant also

You forgot to add Tacko to that list. Why couldn’t they have cut one of those Bums who have no upside and kept Wagner to see if he developed into a useful NBA players. He’s 6’11” 245 lbs and is just 23 years old.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

This move also tells me Danny wants to give this group a shot. After the trade deadline we’ve shown we might have a legit playoff run in us.

The Fournier move didn’t do that for you?

Tacko is a two way player.

Jabari is like Harrison Barnes without the 3 and without the D!  ;D

He can score.

Tacko and Waters are 2way players. They technically aren't part of the 15 man roster and have different contracts with different eligibility requirements. Wagner can't be a 2way player. Nor can Jabari. Wagner had the smallest contract of the scrubs(I don't include Semi as a scrub, his contract is smaller) so it wasted the least salary and salary matters because the team is so close to the luxury tax. Wagner was the one that had to go.

1. This reminds me of the Evan turner acquisition a few years ago.
2. Can’t help but think that Parker’s scoring will help keep the lead in blow outs.
