Personally i'm sorry to see Theis moved for so little but it opened up more time for Rob.Having Romeo bounce back after all that time just reaffirms the underlying talent.
Rozier is getting good press and the time he needs .He is producing at high level but would he have collided with the with Brown,Smart and  Tatum..
Everything is about chemistry is better being unshackled. Now we have Romeo and Aaron Nesmith and Rob with Romeo almost a 7ft wingspan and Aaron around 6-11.Both have great frames and work ethics..
Danny has stuck with our young guys like he is  afraid to let go.

Next year it is Yam Madour a European point guard that is quick and edgy on defense and has European fundamentals
Fournier i hope we keep a really hard worker and role model , a desperate winner losses eat at him and he loves everything about basketball from lacing up his sneakers too, late nights in gym.
We need a power forward some young banger.

I think either Romeo or Nesmith will get traded this offseason. I also anticipate the Celtics selecting a PG or PF if they end up using their 1st rounder this season.

I agree that the young guys are continuing to develop, and that's nice to see. I hope that we can get a Lauri Markkanen type for next season.

I don't see a reason to trade either unless there is a big trade that they are needed for parts.   If any player get trade to just clear a spot it is Edwards.

agreed.  C's are looking at very solid swing rotation in Tatum, Brown, Fournier, Romeo and Nesmith that can be kept together for a number of years.  no need to break that up.  Roster space can be obtained by moving Edward, Semi, GWill.

My comment was based on the belief that they'll attempt to upgrade their talent level. So that would require trading one of those young guys.

I understand that when healthy, the guys you listed constitutes a great depth chart at wing! Just guessing one might need to go in order to upgrade the roster.

The Cs need a stud PF who can shoot 3s at over37% and average about 15 and 8.

I for one , wasn’t sorry to see Theis moved .   Rob Will needed the minutes,  needed to be on the floor ,  he has a nice feel for the game  , as he is more of the future and is going to be more valuable than Theis .

it will be extremely interesting to see who makes the big  leap faster Romeo or Nesmith
Both these guy seem to really want to succeed in the worst way.  I m torn between the two , but I maybe leaning toward Romeo just a wee bit .

We need that third reliable scorer to help the Jays  , somebody who can get 15 plus points a game if he can get on the floor pretty much every night .   I’m hoping one of the younger guys can do this.

I understand but I don't think they need to be traded to accomplish that.  They have pick this year that's likely in the middle of the draft so they should be able to get a rotation-quality player (that will likely need some seasoning) and they will have the MLE available.  The subtraction of Edwards and Semi/GWill and Kornet/Wagner this offseason opens spots for a FA or two to upgrade where it's shouldn't be difficult to do so.  Not all of those players are coming off the last year of their current deals so something may need to happen to move them (like Edwards) but we don't necessarily have to sacrifice what should be a strength for us to improve elsewhere.

People that love creating trade ideas often forget that in the real world the other team typically wants players you don’t want to trade.

That's me, the guy who makes unrealistic trade proposals. Or, you know, never makes proposals ever. And even in this prediction about Langford or Nesmith going, two posters immediately replied they didn't want to get rid of them. A great example of trading guys we don't value.  ::)

Go off though dude.

You should really stop doing this. There are enough people on this website proposing those regularly.

I’m excited to see how Timelord continues to improve.  If he can add a jump shot, watch out.

I really hope Langford can have a healthy offseason where he can work on his shot.  He can be a player.

Hahaha. Exactly. Hope we can keep Fournier. I get the feeling we’ll draft a defensive minded shooter
