Wagner, Kornet, finally get some bigs in there some passion and some toughness. Now let’s see what Brad can do with a team that actually resembles an nba team.

Honestly I don’t view this as an upgrade. Theis is better than both, they only traded him since they knew he was going to command a large salary next year.

Wagner is young and has shown flashes, maybe he becomes something here. Kornet is awful, I’d rather see GWill on the floor.

The best part of this trade is freeing up minutes for Timelord

The Celtics are now a much bigger team, including Fournier as a 6'7" shooting guard. We could now run out some big lineups.

Kornet isn't tough but he's big and he played much better with the Knicks. I doubt he'll play much but he's like a poorman's Frank the Tank... He's the kind of player that Brad might make look decent in some kind of role. He's the 4th center on the roster so...

Can Wagner defend though? I have serious doubts of any Wizards player being an even passable defender from what I've seen this season

Not outside but he can defend a little inside. He can run the floor but he's not as mobile side to side like Theis but he's a bigger player and he plays with a good motor and he's physical and takes charges.

adding Wagner and Kornet does not make this an NBA team.  If anything, these 2 will probably, finally, put to rest the notion that size matters.  What matters is talent.  I think these 2 will come up short in that regard, not big.  Hustle is not the same as talent.

Size doesn't matter ?????

The only small-ball team to win a title had two of the best 3-point shooters in history. And that Golden State team only lost after their center went down with an injury during the Finals. Almost all title teams have very good post players.

Neither one of the incoming bigs are any good IMHO.  Having tall guys doesn't automatically make a team better.

There's at least a chance that Wagner gets his shot working and becomes useful, but Kornet is just a warm body.

Now now .....we want the coach to feel at ease

The coach wants his players to feel at ease - at all times - never criticize or chew their ass or offend their fragile sensibilities in any way.
They might get mad and not think Brad is such a player's coach anymore. Oh Dear Lord, they might become angry at their coach !!!!
