All I'm saying is you can't complain that the team is underperforming, the bench stinks, etc and also say that Nesmith and Langford ought to be getting time.

The logic is: they might not be great either, but at least if you give them a chance they might develop into something better.

Think Timelord played a career high 27 minutes in tonight’s game. 13pts, 14rebs, 4blk, 3ast, 2stl...
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I wonder if Brad is trying to get fired to take the Indiana college job. I am starting to think he's not the answer. Bring in Mark Jackson.

I rather have a donut coach the team than Mark Jackson.

A stale, three-week old, wormy donut.

The bench should be getting more shots. Nesmith is a shooter he spreads the floor. The Starters are losing these games. The starters don't trust the bench guys. If they don't trust each other you either get different bench guys or different starters. This team is not a team. Langford isn't even eligible to play.

2 vs 1 is not fair..why not do the worm or donut vs Mark Jackson straight up!

This Celtics team insists on taking away whatever reasons you construct for yourself to try to enjoy this season.

Whatever mental bar you set for them to easily clear so you can feel okay, they will find some way to slip beneath it.

Yeah, More Jeff Teague said no one ever!

Tooooootal straw man dude.

Teague shouldn't play.

Doesn't mean nesmith is ready.

Javonte green has shown more.
No, Javonte has absolutely not

Think Timelord played a career high 27 minutes in tonight’s game. 13pts, 14rebs, 4blk, 3ast, 2stl...

and he goes and gets all of that. Can you imagine if TIMELORD was playing with Chris Paul? I long for a point guard to make this team go.

Hopefully this is the first game of a 4-game winning streak to get us to the trade deadline.

This take did not age well.  How do I give myself a negative TP?

Brown and Tatum took 50 of the 88 shots the Celtics had. Smart and Grant Williams had 17 shots.  That's 67 of 88 shots. I'm posting this again because no other team in the league is freezing out the other players like this. Other teams give the ball to the hot hand. That's way some guy you never heard of is always lighting us up and none of our bench guys ever gets enough shots to ever go off. 67 0f 88 shots for 4 guys.

That's losing basketball.
