I wonder if Brad is trying to get fired to take the Indiana college job. I am starting to think he's not the answer. Bring in Mark Jackson.

Lololol.

Sometimes I hope brad does quit and the team hires some blockhead like Mark Jackson just so we really remember what it means to be embarrassed by our favorite team.

This Celtics team insists on taking away whatever reasons you construct for yourself to try to enjoy this season.

Whatever mental bar you set for them to easily clear so you can feel okay, they will find some way to slip beneath it.

Yeah, More Jeff Teague said no one ever!

Saddiq Bey had 28 tonight. Sure glad we didn't draft him.

Yeah I doubt Nesmith or Langford (who?) will ever score 28 points in a game while in the NBA.
Chances are they will never play 28 minutes in a game lol

What the hell is going on with Nesmith?

He's not good enough to crack the rotation. It's not complicated. This team desperately needs reliable contributors not raw rookies.
Raw rookies > raw veterans
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Not even combined. Nesmith might not get 28 minutes the rest of the year or Brad could play him 40 minutes next game. Who knows what's happening?

Brown and Tatum took 50 of the 88 shots the Celtics had. Smart and Grant Williams had 17 shots.  That's 67 of 88 shots.

This team can't score 120 points against the Cavs????

The way it is now this isn't even a playoff team.

It just isn't.

 :(

4 players took all but 11 shots. The Nets don't even have that kind of shot distribution.

I'm pretty sure this season is Rick Pitino and Kyrie irving's fault

Tooooootal straw man dude.

Teague shouldn't play.

Doesn't mean nesmith is ready.

Javonte green has shown more.

Ready or not Nesmith should play. Is he going to cost us games getting minutes?

Tatum yawning through the post game comments isn't awe inspiring. Where is the anger? You have to hate losing to be a winner.

Are we fully giving up on the season?

If we are then ok. Let's dump TT and waive teague. Trade theis for a second round pick.  Maybe somebody will offer a lesser pick for Semi. Start timelord. Give landlord and Nesmith as many minutes as they can handle.  Hey why not see if Edwards can catch fire?

Rest Tatum and brown as much as possible.  If somebody will take kemba without requiring a first round pick, do it.

If that's your angle, then yes. Let's play nesmith.

Yes, please. How do these guys not get on the court on the second night of a back to back. Playing Jaylen Brown 39 minutes on the back to back is just dumb.

All I'm saying is you can't complain that the team is underperforming, the bench stinks, etc and also say that Nesmith and Langford ought to be getting time.

That's what's happening whether I want it or not. We are just about out of the playoffs. Playing Nesmith isn't going to ruin things.

I rather have a donut coach the team than Mark Jackson.

Yeah Mark Jackson will just fold his arms while Smart jacks up three point shots, he won’t call timeouts to stop opponent’s runs, he won’t ride the refs or his players, he won’t play Nesmith. Cs cannot afford that. ;D
