Good season for the Bengals, but man that offense just failed them.  Defense came up huge most of the game, just needed the offense to come through and they couldn't do it.

Great game. Just needed a foot and 1/2.  If I were a Cinci fan I'd be upset with the calls on 2nd and 4th.

Congrats to the Rams!

I'm still baffled as to why on 2nd and 1, they decided to just go deep. And then of those 3 plays they ran after 2nd and 1, only 1 was a run play.

Burrow and the Bengals have a lot to be proud of, but boy they NEED to get a great O-Line otherwise I fear Burrow isn't going to last that long in the league. Even today he may have avoided serious injury.

I said this during the NBA Finals:  it’s so stupid and awkward that the owner gets the trophy and speaks first.

Give it to the players first.  Donald, Kupp and Stafford.

Good game, exciting finish. It wouldn’t have been as close if the Bengals didn’t get away with a facemask on one of their touchdowns, and if McKay didn’t insist on sticking with a terrible run game. But he made the right calls on that final drive.

Sean McVay is the best coach in the National Football League. He’s made it to two Super Bowls in 4 years, winning one of them, with two different QB’s.

I’m not a fan of the Rams either. Was pulling for the Bengals.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

As an economist, I have always questioned the heightened status given to the entrepreneurial factor in the factors of production.

Land + Labor + Capital and that highly vaunted entrepreneur.

The value and contribution of land is easy to quantify as is that of labor and capital. This entrepreneurial factor that takes most of the revenue from production is the most difficult to quantify, and it also seems to get a double entry because case can be made that it is already represented and rewarded as ‘Capital’ since in most cases it also supplies the capital. Anyway, I digress but the reason the owner gets the trophy first is because Adam Smith believes he made it all possible.
