Highlights from yesterday.  The alley oop dunks keep getting more and more impressive.  The one where he banks it off backboard is my fav.

But TL defense (Terence Mann lol)  and look at that passing

Isnt this what Bam does for the Heat pretty much?

Timelord best game of his career.

TP for the highlights.  It took a couple of seasons, but he really is beginning to understand the game now.  He's improving so quickly and making a huge impact on the court.

I gotta say, seeing Timelord progress has been the highlight of the season for me so far. It’s been frustrating seeing him only get 12-15 minutes a game, but hopefully those days are over. The teams just better off with him than Tristan and I think (hope) that’s becoming clear to Stevens.

Well you need both

TT has been playing solid ball and producing double double like numbers

But Timelord deserves more min. Especially in the 4th quarter.

I agree with the bolded. I wasn't seeing improvement in that department from him until mid February but I see it now.

Bam is a much better defensive player than Timelord. Also significantly better ball handler and passer. Miami uses him as the fulcrum of their offense.

Also noticed how much effort he's been putting on the court lately. Dude is working hard, taking very few plays off and rarely giving up.

Yup. And even directing some traffic

It is looking good for the former two time sec defensive player of the year

Happy to see Brad put him back in there when the lead was slipping again.  Right under the 2 minute mark.  Righted the ship.
Yup

Agreed

Good move by Brad to also to sub in Theis with less than a min (free throw purpose)

But TL deserved the majority of crunch time min

Disagree

Overall Bam is a better player right now

But he is not a significantly better passer.  Half the time he is just handing off the ball.  Good passer but not great like Jokic or anything

Defensively the the gap is closing. TL is a better 3pt/jump shot shot blocker. Awareness is improving

Lastly TL is a touch better target/finisher on alley oops.  Jump/reach higher than Bam

TP to Tr1boy for Robert highlight fest.

Robert per 36 minutes - 13.5 ppg 13.2 reb 3.2 blk 2.4 ast

More blatant homerism in statistical form...

If Robert played 28.5 mpg his blocks would be 2.78 pg

This would put him in a tie for second with Gobert behind Turner  for tops in the NBA.

With 28 mpg Robert would be tied for 3rd in rebounds...

Capela 14.5 rpg
Drummond 13.5 rpg
Williams 13.2 rpg
Gobert 13.2 rpg

Today Robert is second in the NBA for FG%

Jordan 76.4%
Robert 71.8 FG%

We have created a monster with a 7'6" wingspan.

Wicked stat(s)

Very efficiently at it also.   ;D

Hopefully he can stay healthy

Bam is averaging 19,10,5. They are basically the same age. One of them barely gets 15 mins a game. The other is an all NBA caliber player. There is no planet where Timelord is even remotely close to him defensively or offensively. I like Timelord but he’ll never be as good as Adebayo. Not sure how this is even a debate. Lol.

Is there any more fun player to watch in the NBA?

When Stevens took Bob out midway through the 4th for Theis i nearly TUIMM. Luckily Theis sucked so Brad put TL back in almost immediately.
