Maybe players are becoming risk adverse defense even Pritchard mentioned the number of games and the grind he seems slower as of late and its Aaron Nesmith making the hustle plays..
It's been injuries and Covid since the bubble..
I'm sure Theis is feeling it but he is in a contract year. The NBA is eating itself with this schedule. It's hard to watch.
Nesmith has hustle and length, Timelord is making himself a reputation and that is good for altering shots and intimidating cutters.
Grant was hitting threes is he in the doghouse.

This is a ridiculous schedule.

Celtics play 5 games in 8 days starting this past Sunday.

I played basketball once upon a time as a teenager in high school, AAU.... I can’t imagine playing games this frequently even at that very low level. Plus flying between most games on your one day off? Sheesh.

It’s a weird season for the COVID element for sure but let’s not forget what a condensed schedule and makeup games does, too.
