Chubby Luka does it again

They just cut to the Denver game. The joker doesn’t look like he belongs in the chub club anymore. Can’t remember who threw his name in the ring earlier in the game but he’s gotten his weight down. Luka needs to for longevity’s sake.

In reality Tatum really had no option, there’s no way to get three points in that situation without Dallas cooperating

I’d trade Tatum and Brown for Doncic so fast it isn’t even funny. Luka is a top 5 player. Tatum and Brown are not.

I said that on draft night. Luka is a stud.

I really admire Luka's will and determination.

He involves his teamates with superb passings and teamates are confident that he will make shots in crunch time. And he shows some emotion too.

I'm not one for moral victories, but watching them battle back was actually enjoyable.  Not much you can do about that last shot by Doncic.  The previous 3 he made though was the result of Theis switching on him at the end when Brown was doing a great job.  Just headscratching.

Eh, it was a great shot, but it was poor defense by my binkie Nesmith at the end. The one on Theis was actually more contested, I think, but absolutely agree that the switch let that all happen. No reason at all to switch there. This defensive automatic switching philosophy by Brad has absolutely killed us all season long.

Agree. Teams know about the automatic switching/double teaming and abuse us again and again
