Fan melt downs and irrational, non-sensical posting......the silver lining of any loss. Love it!

Are you kidding me??

Nope, it's hilarious to me watching the carry on in here, it truly is.

It's fun to be a troll.

Like Kemba but he just doesn’t fit on this team..he is more of a SG than a PG
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

We lost this game early in the 4th when we stopped playing team ball and defense and let them back in it. Until this team learns that you can't get away with those letdowns things won't change.

We lost this game in the 3rd quarter when they started playing ISO ball all the way

I think shooting guards can shoot.

If this loss doesn’t trigger some trades then I don’t know what will. The Celtics got cocky and coughed up that lead. That was undisciplined basketball and it’s all on the coach. It’s hard to believe that the locker room has no issues at the moment. This is just not a fun team to watch.

What was tatum thinking ?

Not smart
Does it matter, game was over

No it wasn't. You make the first and then miss the second by HITTING THE RIM.

The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

At least that Kyrie-led team was more fun to watch, more dramas and all lol.

Yeah , sometime around end of  the 3rd, beginning of the 4th. They went up 20 and decided let's pad our individual stats and take a break on D.

Will one of the experts explain the schematic advantage derived from Tatum bringing up the ball and running the offense?

Yup. Got real ugly. Every team in the NBA knows how to beat us with that double team. Brad should work on a way to beat it. It's how we lost to Miami last year so it should be at the top of his list.

Brad coaches with zero passion, and it's reflected in the style of play of the team.

WHY IS KEMBA IN THIS GAME???

This is all on Brad.

I thought Kemba was on a minutes restriction?

I'll give you 34 million reason lol. Also PP is a rookie so the contract plus the previous fact makes it obvious why he isn't out there.

Also PP has struggled to create with the ball in his hands and has largely been stymied as the Pelicans physicality and length became a problem for us.

Bench shot 10-15 in this game. Maybe they should get more shots.

That would take away from Tatum's stats

A lot of those shots are created by both Jayson Tatum and Brown making plays while being doubled and while making plays as well.

If you want Brad to play the bench more maybe we should upgrade it?

Ojeyele, Payton Pritchard, Aaron Neismith, and Robert Williams is among the worst benches in the league.

Of course people don't understand context or the limitations of these players.

Payton Pritchard is good, but it was obvious his lack of elite athleticism and foot quickness really limited him today against this NO team. Aaron Neismith literally wouldn't do anything without ball handlers and playmakers because he seriously lacks even average ball handling skills at this stage in his career. Robert Williams gets all of his points off lobs and hustle plays. Right now of those players only PP is the only player you could actually run a set with and even somewhat expect to create plays with the basketball in their hands.

You want Tatum and Brown to stop jacking up all these shots contested/ difficult shots? Get better on ball playmakers! Expect Kemba to perform better because currently he's not creating a lot of good shots for himself or others.

Some of the biggest issues with this team right now are lack of a true point guard that can play both sides of the basketball and be a primary ball handler and lack of a startable front court. There's no reason on God's green Earth that Daniel Theis and Tristan Thompson should be starting in today's NBA at either front court position. Well maybe if we had like AD or something at either the PF or C positions.

Little do people understand, once you solidify the frontcourt defensively the rest will follow. Al Horford wasn't an elite shotblocker or anything, but his ability to switch onto guards and at least match the physicality/length of opposing frontcourts was huge for us. When you have defensive seives at the 4, 5, and 1 you don't have a good defense it is what it is.

Also this aren't your high school basketball teams lol. Consistently screaming and yelling at grown ass men does nothing but wear out your welcome. Ask Tom Thibodeau

It makes no sense at all. Zero. Tatum should be catching the ball at about 15 feet from the hoop with room to make his move to the basket, and with guys like Kemba, Pritchard, and Jaylen ready to hit a 3 if he kicks it out. Instead we get Tatum holding it too long on the perimeter and either forcing a bad shot, a bad pass, or kicking it to Theis or Semi for a three.

I can understand if this happened once or twice a game, but its the majority of the time whenever teams up their defense against us, every single game.
