I'd love us to go after Bamba! Imo, he has a higher upside than Timelord, plus he'd be a better fit in our system.
Gimme Nassir Little over Winslow. He ain't playing much, but his advanced stats are very impressive. He scores 1.67 PPP as a spot up shooter which ranks in the 99.7th percentile! Fwiw, him and Winslow had similar measurements at the combine. Little is 6'4.5" w/o shoes with a 7'1.25" wingspan! Winslow is also 6'4.5" w/o shoes, but with a 6'10.25" wingspan.
Gimme Mo Wagner over Zack Collins. Again, very impressive advanced stats, albeit in limited minutes. He scores 1.67 PPP as a roll man in the PnR which ranks in the 99th percentile! He also scores 1.72 PPP as a cutter which ranks in the 98.5th percentile! He can shoot the 3. He's a decent passer at the C position. His D leaves a lot to be desired, but it ain't terrible either.
Obviously, all 3 guys are projects. They won't make an immediate difference. That said, I don't think we are legit contenders this season. I mean, we've lost 3 all-star-caliber players in 2 seasons (Kyrie, Horford, Hayward). Imo, we should rebuild the team on the fly around the Jays. If I were Danny, I'd be targeting players who share the same time window with the Jays.
