Here's a source. Strange, given this:

I'd pursue him if we ship out one of our 3 bigs, but not before then

I agree, just was talking to some friends (on my phone not in person!) about this. I think Timelord needs minutes, and Theis & Thompson are both steadily improving. Boogie is definitely better than Grant and would be our 4th big. Can't see that appealing to him.

Decent of the Rockets.  Paid him his entire salary, but let him hit free agency.

I’d take him in a second.  Wondering if he’ll head back to LAL.

Have a feeling he’s going to Brooklyn. Jordan is literally their only legitimate big man.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I don’t think he fits their style of play. Houston wants to run up and down the court. Play uptempo. That’s not something Cousins can do.

I think he could end up in LA (either team) or GS? I doubt he goes to Brooklyn after Harden said they had no players on that team in Houston. I think Cousins was p---ed at Harden amongst others but maybe Harden kisses his butt and sucks him in. That would suck.

He’s kinda cooked. Is he reaaaaally any better than the bigs they have? I don’t think so.

I think he is.  And, he’d free us up to trade one to clear salary, too.

He’s been in double digits with at least seven rebounds the last four games.

Simple question: how does he do when defending Embiid?

He's much bigger than any of the bigs we have. Hey can shoot the 3. He'd be good to have but I'm not sure how much time he'd get.
