So I hope this means Ainge has been talking to the teams he think will be sellers and casting some fishing nets to be ready if and when they do become sellers.

Are there any teams really selling yet?

ATL wants a high 1st for Collins

Also Griffin and Drummond will be available.   But both are not going to really help anyone

Drummond has a bad attitude and Griffin is a has been.  Hasn't dunked in 2 years now?   Lost all of his explosiveness

I see those last two as Buy out only.

That shouldn’t be a problem. We will be a mid-lottery team in a couple of weeks, ha ha.

I think any discussion about the Celts' struggles has to begin with the fact that they've had zero lineup continuity so far this season.  The top 5 that made the ECF last season has played less than a full lunch break together on the court this season.  Very hard to be consistent when the lineup is constantly changing due to injuries etc.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Cavs (Drummond) and Pistons (Blake) so far.  But obviously that's not what you mean.

Saw Harrison Barnes sat out amid trade speculation, or was that a false report?  He should be our number one target, other than Jerami Grant (who is very unlikely available for a reasonable price).

Thompson has played like straight up TRASH.  So has Teague.

Looking back Myles Turner is obviously the guy you trade for.  He would be a solid starter for the Celtics right now.  And also you wouldn't have to give away Thompson just to get a non-trash player onto the roster.

This team needs help.  Tatum looks like he has checked out at times.

Danny needs to make a move to stir the drink, cos this drink has become STALE.

Bey turning out to be another Tyler Herro situation huh.

Romeo Langford and now Aaron Nesmith lol
Inb4 Romeo turns into a mini-Middleton without the shooting and Nesmith turns into a budget Reggie Miller  (don't think that they'll ever come close to those comparisons, just throwing out the slight possibility that it happens).

Naw.  Romeo can't shoot like Middleton.  They are not really the same type of player

Romeo is like a poor man version of Jaylen Brown

Nesmith doesn't even look like a day old Reggie Miller.
Emphasis on without the shooting, and a rookie Reggie Miller was a low impact role player for the Pacers at 22 years of age.
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA
