Hopefully he suits up tonight. Could really use him right about now....

“Coach Brad Stevens said Pritchard (knee) is considered day-to-day and could return to action as early as Wednesday at Sacramento, Marc D'Amico of the Celtics' official site reports.”

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

That would be good.   There will be no Kemba on the back to back, right?

  • Yup
It will be interesting to see how he progresses and what role he carves out with the dynamics changed since he was injured.  He had had a couple of lackluster games prior to the injury.
Yup

Maybe?  ???

“Brad Stevens says he doesn't know if Kemba Walker is playing tomorrow night in Sacramento. Walker is expected to sit out the second night of back-to-backs at this point of the year.”

He’s played Poorly since Kemba came back. Hopefully they can figure out how to play together.

Payton Pritchard is shooting 50% from the field, 44.2% from 3-point range, and 90% from the free-throw line. If he maintains that pace, he would be the first rookie in NBA history to produce a 50/40/90 season.

Could he possibly compete for ROTY?

After Ball, Halliburton and Edwards there may be a place for him in the second rookie team, but Quickley have much more playing time and produce more (still Maxey also who is playing good ina great team). So for me he won't do it, but only because he is in one of the most quality PG loaded draft since a long time.

Nah, doesn’t play enough nor have the raw stats. Haliburton, Ball, Wiseman, Quickley and Edwards are all ahead of him
