Expect rob Williams to be benched next game since he’s doing well ::)

Pritchard never gets in in the 3rd when he’s shooting 100%

Since we are discussing coaching issues Brad’s in-game rotations right now do leave a lot to be desired. When Indiana torched us to begin the third PP should have been substituted in right away.

He’s back in now and making an impact.

that is why he makes the big bucks I can ejoy the game without breaking down what the other team is doing, but IF there is a pattern of a team getting run over every 3rd quarter after playing well in the frst half there is a strong probability that they are not adjusting to the other team's adjustments or energy.

if you can't point to specific adjustments brad could have made why are you so confident that it's the coach and not the players?

the same players that played well in the first half? It could be but that is for the coach to fix. If they are tired then you get them t obe more fit. If they come out lethargic get them to play with more energy.. It is ultimately a coahing issue because the players have displayed their ability in the forst half.

To be honest with you I don't think it's as simple as either players or coach -- it's both.

What the bad third quarters say to me is that the other team is consistently figuring out how to break down this Celts' defense and stymie the Celts offense by the time the third quarter comes around.

I think that's an indictment of the system the team is running, but it's also a commentary on the lack of talent that the coaching staff is working with.

The Celts present problems that other teams are finding ways to solve.  Great teams present unsolvable problems.

and who is responsible for the system? The coach or the players? It is a coaching issue. Almost all games have halftime adjustments. Adjusting is a coaches job.

6-point lead, come on cut it to 2-3 before the end of the quarter

Watched an old Scott Skiles game earlier today. Pritchard reminds me of him. A gamer. So-so athlete but smart, tough and skilled.

To me it's just too easy to use the coach as a catch-all scapegoat if you can't articulate specific things that should be done differently.

McDermott keeps getting to the rim like it’s warmups. Who keeps blowing their assignment?

A problem I see with this roster is they've got to give Teague and Pritchard a lot of minutes because they have a lack of handling and shooting elsewhere.

But that's a backcourt that is going to struggle to hang defensively.  Both players try a lot but they're just not very big.

I’d honestly trade everyone not named JT and JB for Brogdon. For the life of me I cannot understand what Milwaukee was thinking by not signing him.
