Kemba ain’t no better than brown and Tatum. Him coming back not fixing this lol. These boys ARENT GOOD LIKE THAT! They flat out been getting exposed since the playoffs. I’m completely on the ledge.
Lol. You really are on the ledge. Nobody is saying Kemba is better than those two.

He is, however, better than everyone else. Which means less minutes for scrubs like Ojeleye.

Beyond that, it's about fit. He's another playmaker that will help out the offense, because right now we just don't have that kind of playmaking outside of Teague. Really not sure why Teague hasn't been starting from the get-go; that seemed like a pretty obvious decision given our personnel and current injuries.

What we agree on is the Celtics desperately need a playmaker. What we don’t agree on is Kemba ain’t the answer regardless if he’s healthy or not. You make it seem like Kemba was top 10 in assist. Was he even top 20? He’s not viewed as a playmaker and never has been.

No one can make a shot, no compete at all on defense, opponent with lots of talent working at it = they're lucky they're only down 16

Gotta love how we're all piling on JT when he's sitting on a 15-7-2 first half.

JT and JB will be fine.  Not worried about either of them.

Tatum: I need to be a better facilitator

But instead shoots with a hand in his face. And tries to score against 2 or 3 guys underneath the basket

come on
tunnel Vision, ego, and training with Kobe and mentored by Marcus Morris

at this rate, he is the next Carmelo with more range

Playmaking is much more than just your assists. The fact that he's a threat to score, both via the outside shot and the penetration, and is good at the penetration and assist game makes him a good playmaker. You're underestimating how having him back will improve our offense.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

They have a better roster than we do.  2nd unit has guys who've proven they can play in the league.

The team with more talent usually wins, so...

I hope the Celtics will play better in the second half.

Agreed. I'm not really worried about them, I have concerns about the team around them. Even if we were 100% healthy, I still think we're an impact player away from being a real contender.

More than anything, Tatum and Brown need to be able to consistently hit open 3's. Especially Brown tonight. Multiple good looks, multiple bricks.
