Cavs pounding philly and the Knicks pounding the Bucks. It’s going to be a crazy start to this season.

Tough loss for the C’s. Some bad losses around the NBA today:

Sixers lose to Knicks
Nets lose to Hornets
Clips lose to Mavs by 50...
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

But they still have two max players on the court and they didn’t even compete.

It’s going to be a topsy turvy year for sure.

The magic and the Cavs have the best records in the NBA. Oh, and the Pacers....

Is Fultz living up to it? Averaging 21/4/4 on 49/25/92 splits. Didn’t see that coming

Haven't seen him play yet but the box stats don't look too bad. Still think that he has a long way to go before living up to his hype - he was billed as a future All-NBAer with MVP potential, he's looking like a potential fringe All-Star right now from a cursory look at his box stats.

Oh yeah, I haven’t watched a single Magic game. Just saw him averaging 20+ and got intrigued.

A real standout for me has been DeRozan so far. Shooting threes and hitting them at a decent rate, alongside nearly double-digit assists. Dude seems to add some new wrinkle every year

He might actually be a worthy All-Star calibre wing this season

So a quick look at the standings so far and I can only see 4 teams being sellers at the deadline for sure:
Knicks , OKC, Detroit and Chicago
Knicks and Chicago have no one to trade us that will improve our rotation ... Detroit has Grant but I don’t see a trade happening and that leaves OKC as a trading partner... we can use George Hill right now. I think Danny has to be more proactive now because if it’s a buyers market at the deadline ( would make sense because even 10th seed gives you hope) prices will go up.

Cavs and Magic are 3-0..actually like the Cavs team with Drummond, Love, Nance, Garland, Sexton and some good role players
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin
