Sixers aren’t good.

Embiid was out tonight.

But they still have two max players on the court and they didn’t even compete.
They have built their entire offense around Embiid so when he isn't on the floor they don't know what to do.  It is very similar to most of Lebron's teams.  They just don't know what to do without him on the floor.

For all the gruff Horford got, he actually kept the Sixers competitive without Embiid in the game.  Which was the entire point of his signing.  Last year Embiid's on/off differential per 100 possession was +5.0, which is good, but every other year it has been at least +10.  That is what Horford was there for and it kept the Sixers in games when he played and was on the bench or kept them competitive in the games Embiid missed (they were 11-11 last year without Embiid, only time they've been anywhere near .500).
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Partially Torn ACL for Dinwiddie. He's out the rest of this season. Tough loss for BKN

Dinwiddie is an Ironman compared to Kyrie, LeVert and Durant... I can imagine how worried the nets are right now

Did Dinwiddie ever get an extension or was he a free agent?  That really sucks for him.

He got a decent ~12 million-ish per year deal - he has a PO next season.

He will be a free agent most likely next season.. and will get a very rich deal with all the cape space abound. I don’t think he will sign for anything less than Fultz contract.
Also ASL tears are not the career ending sentence it used to be

Tonight nets are missing 3 of their best players . Din (season end) and rest for Kyrie and Durant.
So far this season the two buddies have not played a single minute without the other. Meaning they both go to the bench at the same time, rest the same games and pray that the other doesn’t foul out or gets injured.
I think this is really weird.. Is this part of some mysterious exorsim that Kyrie has convinced Durant will bring them a title?
Does anyone know why they do that ? And why Nash allows them to do this?

Ugh Ja Morant left the game with what looked like a serious ankle injury. Left the game on a wheelchair  :(

Hawks ball movement is beautiful. 3 and more players actually touches the ball on possessions. Can't say the same about the Celtics.

Load management crap needs to go. If you're healthy, play, regardless of the schedule even if it's sporadic minutes
