Okafor to the Pistons

With him and Plumlee they may have the most old school center rotation in the league

Detroit seems to have moved on from Wood. Yet another team to give up on him. For the love of god, I hope he's not a target.

Giving up hope on him and giving up hope on being able to sign him are two totally different things
If some team is offering Wood more than 3yr/25M, I certainly hope it is not us.

Given our supposed interest at the trade deadline I reckon he might be.

Don’t think describing it as a team “giving up on him” is fair though. Could be a Chauncey Billups situation of just not clicking anywhere

As I said earlier, 5 teams in 5 years say a lot.

The kings fox got a max deal. I guess any decent player gets a max these days. The Kings have done nothing yet and fox is oft injured...

21.1 pts and 6.8 asts in your 3rd season is a lot better than decent.  Fox played 73  and 81 games in his first 2 seasons so that is most certainly not oft injured.

Think you’re being harsh on Fox. He’s a borderline All-Star IMO

Agreed. He's a max player. The stats are solid, but his ability to change the pace of a game can't be measured in box scores.

I guess but he doesn’t seem like the best player on a championship team and they just drafted a point guard.

Seems high, right. That’s superstar money and who are they bidding against here?
