Kyrie is a lot of things but one of them is not dumb.  Harden will take 20-25 shots per game and basically suck the life out of your offense.  Yeah, he can make some shots that no one else can but I don't see Harden and Kyrie co-existing.  Durant can co-exist with anyone, he has already proven that, but not Harden and Kyrie.  If they do bring in Harden (and I doubt this "rumor" at this point), my prediction is that Kyrie is shipped out in the relatively near future.  They will try it, Kyrie won't like it, he will get shipped out.

Fair point.  You are right that he says some really dumb things but I don't think he is dumb when it comes to basketball.  If this deal happens, I think you will see some major pouting from "Cry-rie".

It's hard to believe Harden would do this trade without talking to both Kyrie and KD first. And if the trade does happen, there's no way Nets trading Kyrie straightaway, they've got to see how it plays out for a full season, they can trade Kyrie later.

I'd trade Kyrie and assets for Harden tbh. Massive upgrade in terms of on-ball engines.
