Milwaukee's grip on the East just loosened. Game on.

Let's make them a better offer. He'd fit in well on Celtics.

Is it an offer issue or Bogdonavic not approving?

Bogdanovic did not agree.

I looks like a huge f###k up from MIL. If I am Giannis even if I didn't think about it I start now thinking about leaving

Windhorst says that Bogdanovic has already talked to Giannis and wants to play for the bucks.... I don't know what is going on here

That makes sense. Or, this was leaked to the media to get around the tampering/negotiating during the moratorium issue.

The idea of completing a sign and trade without negotiating a contract is nonsensical.
Yep, this must be it.

Free agency opens on November 20. Bogdanovic is a FA. Teams aren't allowed to engage in contract negotiations till November 20. The Bucks and/or the Kings rushed to leak the deal prior to November 20, hence they now leaked that no deal has been reached. Can't think of another scenario. No way the announced a sign and trade without agreeing with the player first. Giannis and Bogdan are pretty close. They've even posted a video where they chat on zoom. It's possible that everything was all set many days in advance.

Ilyasova just released by the Bucks. Since he was part of the trade for Boggy, this trade appears to be DOA.

Would love to work a three team trade with Boggy coming here, Hayward going to Indy, and Turner going to Kings. Something like that.

Not really. The Bucks are above the cap, and after trading Hill/RoLo opting out they don't have any way of sending out enough money (not to mention that the deal is a pain to put together at best, since Base Year Compensation applies to Bogdan
I'm bitter.

the Holiday trade isn't finalized yet.  I think I read they could theoretically combine the two trades and still do it without Ersan included.

They can also do a double sign and trade for one of their FAs. Maybe Rolo takes a 1-year overpay to make the numbers work ala Keith Bogans.

Why do SacTown want Drummond?

I think he works there, and he is an expiring.

So moving off of Baynes 3 years 20+ million per season to 1 season of Drummond saves them over 40 million dollars and helps them have money to spend next offseason.

Fox
Buddy
Bog
Bagley
Drummond

is a competitive team for the season.
