Ilyasova just released by the Bucks. Since he was part of the trade for Boggy, this trade appears to be DOA.

Would love to work a three team trade with Boggy coming here, Hayward going to Indy, and Turner going to Kings. Something like that.
they can do the trade without him, especially if he was just throw in salary

Drummond to Sacramento
Boggy to boston
Hayward to cleveland

Doubtful Hayward wants to go to Cleveland. 3 way with Indy makes better sense. I'd rather have Boggy than Turner or any other assets of Indy.

Yeah, I mean, the Bucks were getting him at a cheap price. We should be easily able to match that.

Bogdon is going to the Hawks imo. Don't get caught up on him for the Cs.

This really screws the Bucks up. They need another shooter and playmaker after trading two for Holliday. I wonder if Giannis is losing is commitment level after this happened.

He's a RFA, so they can't just sign him; would get matched.

Yeah. I know. I think the Hawks overpay to sign him.

Since Bogdanovic didn't agree to the trade, he clearly wants a better offer or already has one worked out.

Seems like a slap on the wrist, no?  Maybe the NBA doesn't want to upset Giannis.

Yes and no.  It’s the first punishment of this type, so they may have wanted to ease into it.  Plus, the real punishment was missing out on their guy.

It was a blatant disregard of the rules, and the league should have come down a lot harder.  A Milwaukee 2nd round pick?  LOL.

It was a slap on the wrist.

The rules are blatantly disregarded every year.  Losing a second rounder and not being allowed to complete the S&T is a fairly significant first punishment.

If the Bucks had been able to sign BB, yes, this would have been a slap on the wrist.
