Said it yesterday.
Hayward and #26 to GSW
Wiggins and #2 to Detroit
#7 to Boston
I would make that deal easily of Killian Hayes was available at 7
Does Detroit have the cap space to absorb Wiggins' contract? If so, then I like this deal, especially if Hayes or Okongwu available. I doubt Danny has any interest in Hayes though. He may be interested in taking P Williams or Vassel at 7 though. Also doubt GSW would do this without at least getting the 14th pick rather than the 26th from us in Hayward package.
If Detroit waived all their free agents, they could get more than enough cap room, but even if they don't want to waive everyone, they have Tony Snell's expiring contract that could go to Boston to help make up some lesser cap space (assuming Snell opts into his 12.1 final year, which I can't see why he wouldn't). Boston would then have Snell's contract to make additional moves if it so desired or could easily just slot Snell in as a rotation wing (he is basically better than any wing on the team not named Tatum, Brown, or Smart). So there are options there. I don't know if Hayward and 26 is enough for GS to move 2 (even getting out of Wiggins), but I think that trade makes a great deal of sense for all 3 teams.
