I hope this ends the Semi experience in Boston
This would be a huge victory

I liked this a month ago and I like it now- I thought he would be gone at 14..Hali was my other trade up for hope barring some crazy big move up board. Someone who can shoot light out sounds good to me.

Not too hot on Nesmith, but he's light years ahead of my fears of ending up with Cole Anthony or RJ Hampton.

If his shooting can translate then this pick is a win
I'm probably with you in that I'm lower than most on Nesmith, but the shooting potential he showed, albeit on small sample size, is too tantalizing to pass up.
He’s got a good wingspan too.

That offers some hope for his defense

I like this pick for Orlando. Cole Anthony has some high upside as a scorer, which Orlando desperately needs.

In a short season - 52 of 63 from the line (82.5%)....6'6" 213/lbs

Could this be the bench scorer we've been praying for?

(notice how I substituted "praying" for "hoping")

He was also the best value at the spot with the most widespread general interest in a trade (not a Center or PG). I am not saying we are looking to trade him, but we aren't exactly the Bulls who took Patrick Williams either.

Terry, Hampton, and Maxey still on the board.

If anything it gives them a guy that can come in immediately and fill a roll. They have nothing on the bench that resembles his shooting. He is definitely a positive piece. He was one of the guys I really liked because of that three point shooting didn’t think he fall this far.

Aaron Nesmith... another WING player??  This team is just all wings.  LOL.

I mean I like his scoring potential but he's another 6'6 small forward.  A bit undersized but he's a shooter.

Does this mean we will be trading Langford or are we just preparing for life without Hayward?  IE Danny is trading him away THIS season?!

With a 6’10” wingspan, not really undersized.

Fultz and Anthony are going to be one of the most inefficient back-courts, lol

Yeah, he was definitely the consensus best player on the board. This and RWIII might be the only picks I remember where he didn't go against the grain.

Would love to package 26 and 30 to move up to draft Hampton

What happened to "three mediocre picks"  ;)

Is Bolmaro at 26 still? Or see if someone better slides?

Love this pick.  If he played the whole season he'd gone much higher.  Similar shooter to herro. Best shooter in the draft on spot ups, off screens etc.  Remember JB had horrible handles coming into the league.  This kid is a worker and will get so much better in the cs system.  Pumped about this.  Bench scoring as a rookie.  He can light it up and no one's blocking his shot.

Wow, did people have Stewart so high? Seems to be a bit high.
