If they get dominated in this 3rd quarter then idk what to say. I really don't.

We won’t.....I feel a a big win and we will prevail strong.

Good half.

Terrible last not (again) by Tatum.

Walks the ball up the court and takes a low-percentage step-back three.

Why???

I continue to hear this... for 99.9% of the league it’s a bad shot, not for Tatum who’s an elite isolation and step-back 3P shooter. It hasn’t gone in for him lately, but he leads the NBA in those plays making it at a +40% clip, it’s only a matter of time before the shots start falling.
It's a bad shot because our offence was working well and it is a jarring change of pace

Had we won the coin toss, would it be safe to say that Danny would have gone for Herro, or would he still stick with Langford?

yes
we may never know, but everything i have read on this agrees. ainge would have picked herro.

Let's not underrate Langford here. Has little to no run with this team and he has a lot of potential to develop into a player that can operate out of PNR situations and attack defenses in new and unique ways. Expect Romeo to have a big bench role next year and I'm excited to see him in SL

At least he hit at the end of the 1st, but that was on a catch and shoot. You're not wrong, but we didn't need a 28 foot heave at the end of regulation game 1 - we could have done much better; just like we could have done better there.

It's okay...he almost wanted to trade our BKN picks for Justise Winslow. Remember?

That would have been a killer trio - JB, JT, and Herro. What a young core together with Timelord and Smart.

hard to make judgements off such a short sample size, but langford does look at lot better of defense than herro thus far. if langford can learn to shoot the three, he will be very good.

heck, smart improved his shooting. maybe langford can as well.  ;D

It's amazing what Brown can do when you actively try to get him touches. Why it took this team two losses to figure out you need to get your 2nd best player the ball is beyond me.

If I'm the Heat, I'm looking to get Butler involved to start the 3Q. Put Smart on him.
