Sweep incoming, I'm afraid. Brad's lost the plot (or maybe he doesn't seem to have one) and the players, who are just all over the place.

Does anyone know why TIMELORD didn't play in this one?

On to game 3.
Timelord doesn’t deserve to play in conference finals. He’s not good enough at this point

What? He played last game.

I'm also curious to know why Timelord didn't play today

Because Brad is an idiot and his rotation decisions are as arbitrary as the officials' whistles against us in that third quarter.

I'm trying to remind myself that losing is always ugly. It always hurts.  No such thing as losing pretty.

The Heat aren't a million light years better than the Celts.  The gap isn't that huge.  But sometimes all it takes is for one team to be solidly better than the other and for both teams to kinda know it.

Really would like to see them push it to 6 though.

Jaylen Brown was 4-7, 2-4 from three 3-4 from the line for 13 points in that last quarter. Its a shame he couldn't hit that last one, it would have been an epic quarter.

the problem is that Brown gets iced out for most of the game.  Mainly by iso crap from Tatum and Kemba.  I don't mind losing if we are sharing the ball, hustling our butts off and making the right play.  Tonight we were selfish, lazy, gave them so many easy buckets from our terrible turnovers especially Kemba and Tatum.  We can't have 10 turnovers from Kemba and Tatum and expect to win.  Those guys played way too soft.  Its like they don't remember they are in the ECF and need to jack up the intensity.

EPIC. EPIC. FAIL.

The bright side is that this will (hopefully) grease the wheels for them to make some changes.

The bad thing is they may never get a better shot at getting to the finals.

Wow, what a MF'ing waste

Will it, though? Danny probably sticks with small ball, combo guards who can't shoot, Hayward keeps getting injured, etc. Rinse and repeat.

Brad is being OUTCOACHED. Does he know he can challenge plays like the KEY block they called on Kemba when tied at 95 and sending Dragic to the FT line? Many lazy passes in this one that Jimmy Butler snagged or deflected. Looks like they want it more. It's disgusting. How do you constantly lose 17 point leads? The 3rd Q the same play over and over again to Bam for uncontested dunks and layups. Sad

Another embarrassing loss. They can't make adjustments and can't stop turning it over. I'm putting both these loses on BS and Kemba.

Real frustrating loss.

Still think they're the better team but something is off.  The [dang] decision making blunders & complacent attitude when they have big leads.  Terrible to watch.   These two losses are horrible.

just disgusted right now.

can blame Kemba for the game one loss for not showing up (amongst others but primarily Kemba) but this game is on Smart primarily (but with plenty of blame to go around).  bad shots and turnovers.  9 TOs  between Smart and Kemba -- team cannot win when it's 2 primary PGs combine for that many TOs

When Romeo got injured Brad’s masterplan went down the drain. How can we not have any adjustments for the zone?

I also hated Brad putting in Theis

Is this necessary??

He let Dragic score 7 straight points.  Instead of leaving Grant Wililams out there

I just really don't understand what Stevens is doing sometimes

The year that Brad Stevens was exposed as an average coach.

Again the Celtic curse strikes, they started to drop their heads as soon as the shots stopped going in and it affected their defense. Dragic-adebayo pick and rolls killed us and it was the same play over and over.

It’s inexplicable to see them play with an aggressive attitude one half and have that attitude disappear the 2nd half.

It’s also interesting to see that we started playing bad soon as families were allowed into the bubble...distractions maybe?

The only saving grace is this wasn’t on TNT and we don’t have to listen to Barkley make fun of us
