I think he's definitely earned the trust of both the coaches and his teammates, so I think you're right

Grant Williams played Adebayo well in high school:

Problem is, the Heat have been starting Adebayo at the five, so I'm thinking it's more the Williams twins, but Timelord can't lose concentration!  I don't think Kanter sees much of the floor at all this series.

Does anyone remember if he's matched up with Adebayo this year? That doesn't seem like a very good matchup for Grant (although he matches ell with their other bigs)
I'm bitter.

The guy I trust by a country mile is Grant Williams.  He makes the least mistakes (granted Kanter is just bad), is the best and most versatile individual defender, and can shoot.

It’s not at all about grant on KO or whoever because of all the screens and switches.  It’s about the fact that grant can cover 1-5 on a single possession if switched and that he’s the best pick and roll defender period.  These things are huge.

I’m on record over and over again stating how much I love grants game.  I think both Williams will play but if it’s an either or thing, it’s grant all the way for me.  He’s in the every game rotation in my book from here until as long as he’s a Celtic.

I actually thought Grand did really solidly in his minutes. Hit a very timely three, came up with a really good block from behind, and doesn't really kill you on either end.

I pray we see him over Ojeleye for the rest of the series. I think he's mobile enough to defend Crowder
