If he's moving the whole family I'd say this is pretty significant. They moved to the Boston area when he signed here.

It doesn't have to be a trade. He's entering an option year.

He’s from there so I don’t see this being a story.

However, I’d love to make a trade with Indy most.

Hayward and two of our firsts this year for Turner and Warren.

Walker/Wanamaker
Smart/FA/Langford
Brown/Warren
Tatum/Williams
Turner/Theis/Williams
I do this trade in a second but doubt Indy would
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

See you in The Bubble in a few weeks, GH.

Looking forward to getting his versatility back.

As for the family move I don't see it as a story.

I follow Gordon’s wife, Robin, on IG. So... they just moved to Indiana.

I wonder if there’s a Boston Indiana trade in the cards for this offseason

I don't think so. Robyn posted a story on IG back when they moved at the end of July - both of their families are in Indy and she wanted more familial support with her being heavily pregnant, already having 3 young kids, and Gordon heading to the bubble.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

I just care about his ankle and whether Robyn had their baby yet.

That’d take me less than a second.

Would you do it if Indy insisted on including RWilliams in any trade for Turner?
Plus, Indy is going to want to include Mcdermott or Lamb rather than Warren.

He's probably planning to work remotely.

No, because Turner is massively overrated. Is he much better than Theis? Theis is the better rebounder, more efficient scorer by a huge amount, is a better passer and better screen setter, whereas Turner is the better shot-blocker, shoots a much higher volume of 3s (on a similar %) and is younger.

Myles Turner is not the gamechanger people here think he is. And even without Sabonis he's almost the exact same player
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Yeah Myles is pretty bad. If it’s not Sobinis then we shouldn’t do any trade with the pacers unless it’s a three way.

Agree wholeheartedly. Sabonis would be great under CBS with his passing - Turner is a useless passer on the other hand
