Unbelievably livid with that.

That loss is squarely on Brad. Inserting Kanter gave Toronto all the momentum

Disagree. We were a mess with their zone before Kanter came in. He gave up some points but also got ya out of our offensive funk. The real beauty of having Kanter in...is when he was subbed out for TimeLord. That was a huge change of pace and thru Raptors off.

Kanter ended the drought by coming in and then gave us the momentum by leaving...haha backhanded compliment but still a complimemt

Brown once again proving he's only capable of on-ball defence. What a disgraceful defensive possession. Asleep at the bloody wheel

Not Brown's man, Ananoby belonged to Tatum and he let him go. Watch the replay (if you can stomach it).
We were playing zone

Jaylen has to help on the Gasol roll to the bucket, because they are down two with .5 am at rim tip in is a real threat. Then he has to recover all the way to the corner on a great pass. That wasn't a bad play by Brown, just a really good play by TOR.

Wrong

You let them have the two if they earn it but you never allow an open three.

Big difference between OT and a loss.

I'd still put money on us winning the series. They needed a last second miracle to beat us and we didn't play all that well. This will galvanize the team for Game 4. Bring it on!!

Now Brad. I hope you learned your lesson here.

DON'T.
PLAY.
KANTER.

Playing Kanter was not the reason why they lost, but it gave Toronto the confidence to fight back.

Weird ending)
We had 4 dunks, and gave up a good look at 3 eventually.
All in all, you can't always win. I think C's deserved a W today, but it's a good way for our guys to test themselves on how they respond to a loss like that)

And this is how momentum swings. Now the Raptors are lively and look like they're about to smack them around next game. Could have been up 3-0, now it's 2-1. You just can't let that boneheaded play happen.

I mean it seems silly to blame Jaylen when there are two guys on one side of  the floor who ended up guarding literally no one on that play.

  • GOT IT!!!
C’s were not good for too much of this game. That kinda of stuff can happen when someone can hang around long enough. So close to this series being over.

Timelord and Kemba were the only people to show up for this game. Atrocious games by Tatum and Theis, and Brown with the most boneheaded decision of the year at the worst possible moment. What a disaster.

In a way I don't mind them losing in that they will realize there's a lot of hard work left to get to the Finals. There was some lackadaisical play from the team tonight that needs to be eliminated for us to keep advancing.

That's on Tatum. He let Anonoby go to the far corner all alone. If he stays with him, we win. Unbelievable screw-up by Tatum.

No, that was Brown's typical poor help D.  What a joke.

Nope - watch the full replay. Tatum screwed up.

Dude - they were playing some sort of switch zone, not straight man. That was clearly a screwup on Brown not focusing on his area.

Not worried about the Raptors, they are overrated.

More worried about internal strife after a screw-up of this magnitude. It will be a test of this team's maturity.
