Got to love what Rob Williams is bringing in his 2nd season..Hope he doesn't have a bone bruise that stiffens up.
He still needs to work on timing  but he was running the court well .
That fall hurt just watching.

At his worst moments, he looks like a guy still not sure where to go.   The more he plays, the less often that happens.   The more he plays, the better he gets.   Sounds good to me.

He is real good in spurts.  That first quarter performance last night was spectacular. As Brad put it, he saved our team that quarter.

More reps will enable him to play more fluently in the system. It will also improve his conditioning. He seems to run out of gas when his minutes are sustained.

Agreed on Robert, he is improving and now his team mates need more time with him to improve communications.

Smart has been Robert's on the court coach from day one. He gets Robert involved the minute he enters the game.

With more time on the court, his mates will be able to read him on offense and get him the ball in the right spot. It's pretty good now, but it will get better.

His defense is ok. Hasn't had enough minutes to develop instincts about opponents. Raptor's guards were making quick first step drives to hoop on Robert last night with some success. Robert is quick himself, but needs to be out there.

Robert Williams' career total minutes (2 years) - 670 minutes
Jason Tatum's total minutes (2 years) - 4700 minutes

By the time Robert hits 4000 minutes, his jersey will be selling out on a regular basis.

He also sets decent screens at times. I really like his awareness on the court

I think one area that he needs to work on is on rebounding. He doesn't position himself very well to get offensive or defensive rebounds. I think that is one area that Kanter is pretty good at. I also noticed a few times where he was late on switching.

However, as others said, those are all areas that he can work on. I think the improvement we are seeing is great. Right now, I think he is looking like a McGee type of player. An athletic big with lobbying power and finishes well under the rim. However, with his progression, I think he can develop even further. If he would bulk up, then he could become a Dwight Howard (in terms of ability, not passion for game).
Baby Jesus!
