Beware, Toronto is notorious for rallying from behind in playoff series rounds.
Last season, I believe they fell behind in all three Eastern Conference playoff matchups before coming back to win.
They are by no means dead in the water, but without Kawhi it's a different team entirely. He bailed them out in the clutch game after game

I am optmistic that clutch Kemba will make a big difference this year.
Go Celtics don't let up and keep the momentum for game 2.

As we sit the Celtics are rolling. Since losing to Miami, the Celtics are 9-0 (no the Wizard's game doesn't count) and none of the games beyond the Magic were that close.

If Kemba is aok and going to play at this level? Yikes. The Raptors may come roaring back, but, they have no answers for this Celtic's lineup beyond missing all of their shots. (25.6% from 3)

My thoughts are how much of this is the Celtics and how much their crunched up opponents?

I'll be a homer and take the Celtics.

This Celtiics team has a lot of firepower. The opponents have to chose their poison between Kemba, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen 'ask what brown can do for you, Brown. The put a close marking on Tatum today, but he still went off. Maybe they let him get his next time and try to sick Brown and Kemba, but how do you do that. It is easy to take one player out of his game but two ro three, it becomes a chore. Imagine if the Cs had Hayward.

I know this is going to sound weird, but I kind of think that Timelord might be the under-the-radar key for us in this series.  He gave us a major lift today.  He was slow on a couple close outs to Ibaka, and I saw one other slow rotation.  But other than those plays, he didn't seem like he hurt us at all, while providing something for the Raps to worry about.

If he can play well for 20-25 min a game, be a scoring threat, and just play good def and change some shots it is so helpful to our team.
He just gives us something that we haven't really had all year, a big off the bench that the other team has to actively worry about on both sides of the ball.

I know we are going to get 15-25 from Tatum, Brown, Kemba and sometimes Smart.  Timelord is the unknown.  Imagine how awesome it would be if this year's playoffs were the big coming out for Timelord.  I am rooting for this so much.

If he blows up it will mean Brad knew what he was doing all the time.

I think I might rather play the Bucks than Miami....our strength is the number of weapons we have...we're great against one-star teams I think....Miami is a creep show of talent...

Isn’t that what Toronto is supposed to be? They have depth but no true star. A few different guys can give you 20 but where is that guy that can get you 40 if you need it?

Philly was clearly a one-man team. But Milwaukee is like Philly + Toronto.

I’d take Miami over Milwaukee.

I think Miami is better than Toronto.  Two of Toronto's main guys are in their mid thirties....They are very good because they play well together...that's it.  Good for regular season.  Miami is a bunch of young talented energizer bunnies who can all hit threes...plus Bam and Butler.

Ugh 5:30 start time Game 2. That's around the time I was planning to leave the hospital tomorrow. Do I actually just stay a few more hours to "work" (aka watch the game) or just accept that I'll miss a good chunk of the 1st half  :P

Miss a good chunk of the first half to enjoy the celebration of winning the game in the second half  ;)

Yep, maybe I'll buy some tacos too to celebrate the occasion at the very, very end  ;)

(Also it is "Taco Tuesday" tomorrow lol)
