One of the downsides of the bubble is we're being robbed of some great crowd moments.

Chesapeake Energy Arena would have been rocking tonight.  Every game there would have been great with OKC fans getting to cheer against their former fav players Westbrook/Harden.

Kemba getting to experience the TD Garden playoff atmosphere.

A potential LA/LA series.

We might have even gotten to see Philly get booed off their own floor.

Playoffs are always great crowds, but this year would have had some extra special great crowd moments.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

With the 3vs6 and 4vs5 series in the west going seven it looks like there's going to be a little bit of a stagger between the east and west sides of the bracket. The LAC vs DEN/UTA game 1 will probably be Thursday which will be game 3 for TOR/BOS. Same thing for for LAL vs HOU/OKC, game 1 will probably be Friday which will be game 3 for MIL/MIA.

Working out well for the LA teams. They're both going to be well-rested no matter who comes out of Game 7.

Is this some kind of a joke? Houston has had "home-court advantage" in the bubble in the first-round and they're 3-3, winning all 3 games at home in front of their virtual crowd, while losing all 3 games on the road in front of OKC's virtual crowd? They played so dang well in Games 1, 2 and 5 with blowout wins.

Maybe home-court advantage does exist in these bubble games, at least for the Rockets.

Well I hope they'll win game 7, they have a shot at taking out the Lakers with their microball lineup.

Yeah, much more of a threat to LA than OKC is in my opinion.

Just need Westbrook to tone down the bone-headed clutch plays

Maybe they have OKC's virtual crowd volume turned up higher than Houston's virtual crowd  :police:

If OKC wins this series, D'Antoni is gone, Morey is gone, and I could see Houston completely overhauling their roster with what little resources they have left.

This is not good. There's a real chance Houston plays tight in their next game and the 3 point shot abandons them.

Anyone else catch Schroeder yelling at Paul to run back after Paul left Tucker wide open in the corner for a three?

It's roughly at the 7:30 mark of this video.

I know it's only one play, but I've actually kinda' thought that Paul didn't look all-in at different points during this series. Anyone else notice stuff like that?

Fine by me. I can't stand watching the Rockets. They just constantly jack up 3s. I hate the way they play.

I wonder if there is any part of Harden that would rather play in a ball movement system, instead of being an iso guy all the time. Remember when that was a big deal to Durant a few years ago leaving the Thunder to go to the Warriors. Harden is so great, but he has had to single-handedly carry the load for so long.

Great catch, I love catching under the radar things like that.

Haven't been watching the series close enough to notice anything like that, but can go with the Paul's 35 and playing 40 minutes so he has to conserve energy excuse, plus technically he was checking Harden who didn't even bother to join the play, but those are week excuses for the playoffs, he should have rotated, and it's a sad day when Dennis Shroder is calling you out.

I am fully invested in seeing this microball experiment fail as fantastically as possible. I have zero interest in seeing any team succeed while eschewing a big man entirely. I'll quit watching the NBA if that happens.

On the flip side, it also shows the Thunder have developed an excellent culture with CP3 as a leader.  Schroeder has credited Paul as a mentor and it's nice to see that he's comfortable pushing back when necessary.  Always good to see a team where everyone can be held accountable without causing friction.
